What's new in Phantom
Phantom has a new look on mobile. This article highlights the biggest changes and where to find your favorite features.
Navigation is new #
The new navigation makes it easier to move between the main parts of Phantom.
Four tabs across the top—Home, Trade, Predict, and Explore—let you switch between sections with a tap or a swipe. Tap your account name above your balance to switch accounts.
The + button in the lower right gives you quick access to Send, Receive, Add Cash, and Trade from anywhere in the app. Search is always available at the bottom, so you can quickly find tokens, perps, other users, or apps.
Tap your profile avatar in the upper left to open the sidebar, where you’ll find Profile, Chats, Watchlist, History, Settings, and Help & Support.
Adding funds starts with your Cash account #
Adding money now starts with your Cash account. Instead of buying SOL or ETH directly, add money to Cash first, then use it to trade tokens, perps, or prediction markets where available.
Tap the + button in the lower right, then tap Add Cash. Depending on your region, you can add money with a debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a bank transfer.
Creating a new wallet on mobile #
New wallets created in the mobile app use a Google or Apple account. If you prefer to create a wallet with a Secret Recovery Phrase, create it in the browser extension first, then import it into the mobile app.
Sending funds is unified #
Sending is now destination-first. Choose who you’re sending to first, then choose what to send. The same flow works for crypto and Cash transfers.
