Ending support for Sui in Phantom
Phantom ended its support for Sui network on September 24, 2026. You can no longer view, send, or swap Sui assets in Phantom. Your assets are not lost. They remain on the Sui blockchain and can be accessed using a compatible wallet with the same credentials.
If you hold any assets on Sui in Phantom, move your wallet to an app that supports Sui.
Warning: Phantom will never message you first, ask for your Secret Recovery Phrase or private key, or offer to move your assets for you. Treat any unexpected offer of migration help as a scam.
Move to another wallet #
To keep using Sui, import your wallet into another app that supports the network.
To do that, you’ll need the credentials for the wallet that holds your Sui assets.
- In Phantom, go to Settings > Security & Privacy > Show Recovery Phrase.
- Write down your Secret Recovery Phrase and store it securely offline.
- Use Slush (slush.app), the Sui Foundation’s recommended wallet.
- Import your Secret Recovery Phrase into that wallet.
Your existing address and assets will appear automatically.
If you imported additional recovery phrases or private keys into Phantom that hold Sui assets, export and import each one separately.
FAQ #
Are my funds safe? #
Yes. Phantom is self-custodial. Your assets live on the blockchain and are controlled by your recovery phrase or private key, not by Phantom. Ending support changes what Phantom displays, not what you own. There is no deadline on accessing your funds.
Will Phantom contact me to help with the transition? #
No. Phantom will never reach out asking for your seed phrase or private keys, and we will never contact you offering to help move your funds to any other wallet. Anyone who does is trying to scam you. All legitimate guidance lives in the app and in this help article.
What about apps I've connected to through Phantom? #
Connections through Phantom on Sui no longer work. Reconnect using the wallet app in which you imported your credentials.
