If you haven't set up a wallet in Phantom yet, start from the welcome screen in the Phantom mobile app or browser extension.

From inside Phantom #

If you already have a wallet in Phantom, import the recovery phrase as an additional account.

Your wallet is now accessible in Phantom, including all tokens, NFTs, and transaction history.
