Phantom’s referral program lets eligible users share a referral link or code. Eligible new users who sign up through that referral can receive a rebate on their own trading fees, while the referrer can earn a share of the net trading fees Phantom receives from their eligible trades.

Share your referral link or code #

If your account is eligible to refer others, follow these steps:

1. Tap your profile avatar in the upper-left corner to open the sidebar.
2. Tap Refer & Earn.
3. Copy your referral link or code, or use the available sharing options.

Use someone’s referral #

To receive referral benefits as a new user, sign up through a valid, active referral link, or enter a referral code during signup.

Referral codes can’t be added after signup.

What referred users receive #

Referred users can receive a percentage of the fees paid on their own eligible trades back as a rebate. This is credited to the Cash account rather than deducted from the fee upfront.

The rebate percentage is shown in Phantom upon entry or at transaction confirmation. The rebate period runs for three months from activation, unless the program or your eligibility ends earlier. Phantom may change the percentage or earning window.

What referrers earn #

Once a referred user funds their wallet and completes their first eligible trade, the referrer may earn a percentage of the net trading fees Phantom receives from that user’s eligible trades.

There is no payment for an install or signup alone. Your fee-share percentage is shown in Phantom when you participate. Earnings apply during the applicable earning window, and rates and windows may change.

Only eligible trades count toward rebates and referrer earnings.

How payments work #

Both rebates and referrer earnings are credited to your Cash balance in CASH.

Payments follow Phantom’s payout schedule and may be subject to a minimum payout threshold. You may also need to complete verification, provide requested information, or maintain an eligible Cash account before receiving payment.

If you haven’t received a payment #

Check the following:

• The referred user signed up through a valid, active referral link, or entered the code at signup.
• The trade took place during the applicable earning window and qualified for the program.
• If you’re the referrer, the referred user funded their wallet and completed their first eligible trade.
• You’ve met any applicable payout threshold and completed any requested verification.

Reversed, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible trades don’t qualify. Referrers also won’t earn a fee share where Phantom receives no net trading fee.
