Withdraw tokens from an embedded Phantom wallet
If you used Phantom to sign in to apps such as Melee Markets or RaptorXchange, you can restore your wallet in the Phantom app, then withdraw your tokens to another wallet or an exchange. This article assumes that you don't have the Phantom app set up yet.
What you need #
- The Phantom app: download it for free on iOS, Android, or as a browser extension at phantom.com/download.
- The same Google or Apple account you used to sign in to the app where your wallet was first created.
- A small amount of the network's native token (such as SOL on Solana or ETH on Ethereum) to cover network fees.
Mobile app #
- Open the Phantom mobile app.
- On the welcome screen, tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before.
- If prompted, enter your four-digit PIN.
- On the Home tab, click Send.
- Choose the token you want to send and enter the amount.
- Enter the recipient address or scan its QR code.
- Confirm the transaction.
Browser extension #
- Click the Phantom browser extension icon.
- In a new tab that opens, click I Already Have a Wallet.
- Click Connect with Email, then click Google or Apple.
- Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before.
- If prompted, enter your four-digit PIN.
- On the Home tab, click Send.
- Choose the token you want to send and enter the amount.
- Enter the recipient address or scan its QR code.
- Confirm the transaction.
Spending limits set on embedded wallets #
As a developer, when using Phantom embedded wallets, you will see the following:
During the open beta, apps are limited to $1,000 per user per day. To increase this limit, please contact us to request a security review.
This is normal. Embedded wallets are limited to $1,000 per day, and Phantom is not expanding this limit. As an alternative, have users connect via the Phantom browser extension or other injected wallets. Phantom Connect supports this path, and these wallets are not subject to the embedded wallet spending limit since users sign directly in their own wallet.
