Phantom automatically hides collectibles (NFTs) that look like spam to keep your wallet easier to use. When a collectible is hidden, it has been flagged by Phantom's detection systems as suspicious or potentially harmful.
Do not interact with flagged collectibles unless you are certain they are legitimate.
View or restore hidden collectibles
Browser extension
- Select Collectibles on the Home tab.
- Click the three-dot icon in the upper right.
- Click Manage Collectibles.
- Toggle the collectible back on.
Mobile app
- Tap Collectibles on the Home tab.
- Tap the Manage button in the upper right.
- Toggle the collectible back on.
Note: Restoring a collectible only makes it visible in your wallet. It doesn't mean the collectible is safe or verified.
Hide a collectible
You can manually hide any collectible you don't want to appear in your wallet. This can be helpful for decluttering your collectible list or hiding assets you don't plan to interact with.
Browser extension
- Select Collectibles on the Home tab.
- Click the three-dot icon in the upper right.
- Click Manage Collectibles.
- Toggle off any collectibles you want to hide.
Mobile app
There are two ways to hide a collectible on mobile.
- Hold your finger on the collectible, then tap Hide Collection.
- Tap Collectibles, tap the Manage button in the upper right, then toggle off the collectible.
Report a collectible as spam
If you see a suspicious collectible that hasn't been hidden automatically, you can report it directly from your wallet.
Browser extension
- Select the collectible.
- Click More → Report as Spam.
Mobile app
There are two ways to report a collectible on mobile.
- Hold your finger on the collectible, then tap Report as Spam.
- Tap the collectible, then tap More → Report as Spam.
Warning: Do not interact with collectibles you don't recognize. Avoid sending or approving transactions for suspicious collectibles.
Common issues
I don't see the Collectibles section in my wallet
On mobile, the Home tab only displays the Collectibles section if you have at least one collectible in your wallet. If you don’t currently own any, the section won’t appear. This is expected behavior.
My collectible isn't visible on the Home tab
On mobile, the Home tab only displays verified collectibles in the Collectibles section. If you have a collectible that isn't visible on Home, tap the collectible and tap Pin to pin it to the Home tab.
