When you connect your Phantom wallet to an app, the connection remains active until you manually disconnect it. Some users may describe this as disabling a site, blocking access, or removing a connection.
Disconnecting your wallet stops the app from reading your wallet address, token balances, and transaction history. However, it doesn't revoke any token approvals you may have granted for that app to move funds. For that, refer to How to revoke token approvals.
This article explains how to disconnect your wallet from an app and how to stop allowing an app to automatically confirm transactions on your behalf.
