When you connect Phantom to an app (dApp), the connection has two sides: a session in the app and a record in Phantom. Disconnecting stops the app from reading your wallet address, token balances, and transaction history.
You can disconnect from either side. In the app, look for a disconnect, log out, or sign out option. The exact wording varies by app. In Phantom, remove the app under Connected Apps. Clearing one side doesn't always clear the other, so if an app still shows as connected in Phantom, remove it there too.
Whichever way you disconnect, your token approvals stay in place. If you granted an app permission to move your funds, that permission remains until you revoke it. See Revoke token approvals.
Tip: Phantom has a new look on mobile. For an overview of changes, see What's new in Phantom.
