Frequently, when users get a new phone, they sync all their information and apps from the old one using a cloud service.
However, please be aware that you won't be able to restore your seed phrases from wallet apps, including Phantom app.
When you sync your old mobile to the new one, the 'migrated' Phantom app will prompt you to create a new wallet or enter an existing seed phrase.
