What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Tokens

  • Updated

If you're expecting tokens in your wallet from a swap or receiving transaction but can't find them, use a blockchain explorer to track them down. For Solana (SOL), go to Solscan, search your wallet address, and check the Portfolio tab for tokens. If the token isn't listed, it hasn't been received. For Ethereum (ETH), visit Etherscan to view your ETH balance and ERC-20 tokens under the Token section. On Polygon (POL), use Polygonscan to see your wallet's tokens. For the Base network, check Basescan for transaction history and token balances. If the token is missing on the respective explorer, it hasn't been received. Always verify the sender's address, recipient address, and network to ensure the transaction was sent correctly.

Track the transaction

  1. To track tokens on the Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Polygon (POL), or Base networks, you can use blockchain explorers specific to each network. Start by obtaining the transaction is associated with the tokens you want to track.
  2. Then, visit a blockchain explorer like Etherscan for Ethereum, Solscan for Solana, Polygonscan for Polygon, or Basescan for Base. Paste transaction ID into the search bar to access detailed information about the wallet or transaction. These explorers display wallet balances, token holdings, transaction statuses, timestamps, and token contract details.
  3. Locate the transaction in the list of transactions and be sure that any following transactions don't contain the tokens you are looking for as its possible they were accidentally spent or sent from your wallet.

Token may be hidden in Phantom

In Phantom if you scroll down in the token list there's a button to Manage token list. Some tokens due to security system finding them suspicious but not dangerous will end up hidden, they can always be unhidden by users and might eventually automatically come out of the hidden tokens. Collectibles also have it's own hidden elements.
