You can send tokens to Phantom from any major exchange—as long as you select a network that Phantom supports.
This guide walks you through how to check for supported networks in Phantom and how to make sure you pick the right one when withdrawing from an exchange like Binance or Coinbase.
Send tokens to Phantom from an exchange
Step 1: Check which network Phantom supports
When withdrawing from a centralized exchange, you’ll be prompted to choose a network. Check that the network you’re planning to use is supported by Phantom.
To do this:
- Open the Phantom and select your account icon (top-left).
- Go to Settings.
- Select Active Networks.
- Copy your address on the respective network.
Currently supported networks include:
- Solana
- Ethereum
- Base
- Sui
- Bitcoin
- Polygon
- Monad (Testnet)

Step 2: Withdraw from the exchange using a supported network
When you withdraw crypto from a centralized exchange (like Binance or Coinbase):
- Paste your receiving address.
- Select the correct network for the transfer.
For example, here’s how this step looks on Binance:
Tip: Always double-check the network before confirming your withdrawal. Using the wrong one may result in your tokens not showing up in Phantom.
If you used an unsupported network
If you accidentally selected a network Phantom doesn’t support—like BSC or Arbitrum—your tokens may not appear in your wallet. But don’t worry: they’re still recoverable.
You’ll just need to access them using an EVM-compatible wallet like MetaMask or Trust Wallet.
