You can buy ETH and USDC on the Base network using a supported on-ramp provider. After your purchase completes, you can swap these tokens for other assets on Base.
Tip: If you’re planning to use an on-ramp provider, consider creating an account with the provider ahead of time. It can make checkout faster when you’re ready to buy.
Buy ETH or USDC on Base
- On the Home tab, select Buy.
- Select Ethereum or USDC with the Base logo.
- Enter the amount you want to spend, or choose a quick buy option.
- To compare all available quotes, select Debit/Credit Card at the bottom.
- Choose a payment method, such as:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Debit card
- Credit card
- Select the provider that works best for you. Quotes are sorted by the amount you’ll receive.
- On the route screen, select Buy. A pop-up appears where you can finish your purchase.
