If you sent Ethereum (ETH) to Phantom but it hasn’t appeared, it’s usually due to one of two things:
- The transaction is still processing.
- The ETH was sent on a network that Phantom doesn’t support.
To figure out what happened and what you can do next, follow the steps in this guide.
Check your transaction on Blockscan
- Open Phantom, select Receive, and copy your Ethereum address.
- Go to blockscan.com.
- Paste your Ethereum address in the search bar.
- Confirm whether the transaction was completed and which network was used.
- If you can see your ETH in Blockscan but not in your Phantom wallet, restart the Phantom app.
If you can't see your ETH in Blockscan
If you can't see your ETH in Blockscan, this usually means the ETH was sent on a network that Phantom doesn’t support, such as BSC, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron, or Avalanche.
If you sent ETH using one of these networks, Phantom won’t be able to display or access those funds directly.
You can try to recover your funds by following the steps in this guide: How to recover tokens sent to unsupported networks.
Important: As a reminder, always double-check your network selection before sending ETH to Phantom. Use only Ethereum mainnet, Polygon, or Base.
