I received a "Wrapped" token

If you have Wrapped SOL in your wallet you can easily unwrap it with Phantom

1. Click on the Wrapped SOL token in your wallet
2. Click on the "..." icon in the top right of the asset detail view
3. Click "Unwrap All"

Your Wrapped SOL will be converted back into SOL.

If you have a wrapped token on another chain such as Ethereum, Base or Polygon, you can simply swap the token in the swapper for another token as the option to unwrap is not available.  If you want to the token to be swapped to SOL you will need to swap the tokens cross-chain.

A couple things to note:

1. Ensure you have enough SOL in your wallet to cover the transaction fee. The solana you are unwrapping can not be used for fees.
2. Do not send "Wrapped" tokens to an exchange. Exchanges may not support wrapped tokens therefore it could result in a loss of funds. If you are unsure contact your exchange or simply unwrap the tokens or swap them back and send them in the native token of the network.
