Your four-digit PIN, Secret Recovery Phrase, and private key are the credentials used to access and restore your Phantom wallet.
Phantom can’t recover these credentials for you, and the Phantom Support team will never ask for them. If you lose access to your wallet, you also can’t retrieve your recovery phrase or private key from your device storage.
Use the table below to find the guide that matches what you’ve lost and learn what steps, if any, are still available.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| I lost my PIN | What to do if you lost or forgot your PIN |
| I lost my recovery phrase | What to do if you lost or forgot your recovery phrase |
| I lost my private key | What to do if you lost or forgot your private key |
Warning: Don't share your Secret Recovery Phrase or private key with anyone. If someone has access to either, they will have full control of your wallet. Phantom Support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
Always store your Secret Recovery Phrase in a secure, offline location.
