Why doesn’t my NFT or NFT collection show up in Phantom?

There are two common reasons an NFT or an entire collection might not display in Phantom. First, the metadata may be incomplete or incorrect, preventing the wallet from recognizing and rendering the assets. Second, the collection or one of the NFT's may have been flagged as spam and automatically hidden.

If you're the creator and have already confirmed that the metadata is correct but still can’t find the NFT—even in your hidden collections—please get in touch with Phantom Support for further assistance.
