If you’re having trouble unstaking or withdrawing your SOL, it could be for one of the following reasons:
You don’t have enough SOL to cover the transaction fee
To process a transaction on Solana, you need a small amount of SOL in your wallet—at least 0.05 SOL—to cover network fees. Staked SOL can’t be used for this, so you’ll need to deposit some additional SOL into your wallet first.
Your stake is still activating or deactivating
You can only withdraw SOL once your stake status is Inactive. If it’s still activating or deactivating, you’ll need to wait. This process can take up to 2–3 days.

Your stake is inactive, but you haven’t withdrawn it yet
After your stake becomes inactive, you still need to complete a final step to move your SOL back into your wallet.
