Phantom usually updates automatically. If you want to check for updates right away, you can refresh extensions manually in your browser.

If you’re not seeing the latest version, restart the browser.
Manually check for updates
Chrome
Open chrome://extensions/.
Turn on Developer mode in the upper right.
Click Update on the left.
Your browser will check for updates and refresh all your installed extensions, including Phantom. You'll see an "Extensions updated" message when it's done.
Microsoft Edge
Open edge://extensions/.
Turn on Developer mode in the lower left.
Click Update in the upper right.
Your browser will check for updates and refresh all your installed extensions, including Phantom. You'll see an "Extensions updated" message when it's done.
Brave
Open chrome://extensions/.
Turn on Developer mode in the upper right.
Click Update on the left.
Your browser will check for updates and refresh all your installed extensions, including Phantom. You'll see an "Extensions updated" message when it's done.
Opera
Open chrome://extensions/.
Turn on Developer mode in the upper right.
Click Update in the upper right.

Firefox
Firefox is no longer supported. Consider migrating to Chrome for the best compatibility and performance.
Confirm your version
On the Phantom card in your browser's extensions page, select Details, then check Version.
If you have Developer mode on, the version is visible on the extension's card itself.
