Update the Phantom browser extension

Phantom usually updates automatically. If you want to check for updates right away, you can refresh extensions manually in your browser.

Automatic updates

Phantom updates automatically when new versions are available.

If you’re not seeing the latest version, restart the browser.

Manually check for updates

1. Open your browser's extensions page:
   • Chrome: chrome://extensions/
   • Edge: edge://extensions/
   • Brave: brave://extensions/
   • Opera: opera:extensions
2. Turn on Developer mode in the upper right.
3. Click the Phantom card.
4. Click Update.

Your browser will check for updates and refresh your Phantom extension.

Confirm your version

On the Phantom card in your browser's extensions page, select Details, then check Version.
