If you use the Solflare Wallet app, you can move your assets to Phantom by importing your recovery phrase. This article explains how.
Migrate from Solflare to Phantom
- Download Phantom from phantom.com/download.
- In the Solflare extension, click your wallet name in the upper-left corner.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the wallet that you want to export.

Click Export Recovery Phrase.
- Write the 12-word phrase down and store it in a safe, offline place.
- In Phantom, import your recovery phrase by going to your profile avatar → Add Account → Import Recovery Phrase.
Warning: Don't share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone. If someone has access to either, they will have full control of your wallet. Phantom Support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
