If you're trying to delete your Phantom wallet but the Delete Wallet option in Settings is grayed out due to an active Phantom Cash account, follow these steps:
- If your Cash account has a balance, send it to a Solana address or swap out of Cash into a Solana token.
- Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Download App Logs and save the file.
- Select Chat on this page to submit a ticket, and attach the log file when prompted.
- Our support team will close your Cash account and let you know when you can try again.
