If a token or collectible (NFT) you created is being flagged as spam, hidden, or not appearing correctly in Phantom wallets, this article explains why and what you can do.
Why assets get flagged or filtered
Phantom's detection systems automatically flag tokens and collectibles that appear misleading, unsafe, or spammy. A flagged asset may be hidden in users' wallets, where they can restore it themselves, or filtered more strictly and not visible in Phantom at all.
What you can do
Make sure your metadata is clear and accurate, and follows the standards of the marketplaces and platforms where it's listed.
For tokens, a good first step is to ensure your token is verified in Jupiter or CoinGecko.
For collectibles, you can verify your collection through OpenSea or Magic Eden.
What Phantom cannot do
- Phantom's detection systems apply automatically and cannot be adjusted for individual assets on request.
- Phantom does not manually unflag tokens or collectibles.
- Phantom Support cannot intervene in flagging decisions.
