If a token or collectible (NFT) you created is hidden, flagged, or not visible in Phantom, it may have been filtered by Phantom's automated safety systems. These systems are designed to help protect users from misleading, unsafe, or spam-like assets.
Why assets get flagged or filtered
Phantom automatically reviews tokens and collectibles for patterns that may appear misleading, unsafe, or spammy.
In some cases, an asset may still appear in a wallet but be hidden by default, and the wallet owner can choose to restore it. In other cases, the asset may be filtered more strictly and not appear in Phantom at all.
What you can do
You can improve how your asset is evaluated by making sure its metadata is accurate, complete, and aligned with the standards of the platforms where it appears. Our spam detection re-runs automatically and regularly, the status should update on its own without any action needed on your end if proper adjustments are made.
For tokens
Start with the following checks:
- Make sure the token name, symbol, logo, and metadata are accurate and consistent across platforms.
- Verify the token through Jupiter or CoinGecko.
For collectibles
Start with the following checks:
- Make sure the collection name, artwork, description, and metadata are clear and accurate.
- Verify the collection through OpenSea or Magic Eden.
What Phantom can do
Phantom's detection systems are automated and our support team is unable to intervene in flagging decisions. That said, in rare cases, our team may be able to take a closer look. If you believe your asset was flagged in error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
