If you’re expecting a token in Phantom but don’t see it, Phantom may be filtering it for safety. Phantom automatically hides tokens that appear misleading, unsafe, or spammy. Some can be shown manually. Others are filtered more strictly and won’t appear in your wallet.
Token creators
- Make sure your token metadata follows marketplace and platform standards. Clear, accurate metadata reduces the chance of being hidden.
- If your token was flagged as spam, verify it through supported registries such as Jupiter (which may display a green check mark) before contacting us.
- Use AI tools to help review and correct metadata issues.
Token holders
Step 1: Open your full token list (mobile)
On mobile, the Home tab shows a condensed view of your assets. Only up to three tokens are shown.
To see everything, tap Tokens.
Step 2: Check if the token is hidden (and unhide it)
Phantom may hide tokens that look like spam to keep your wallet easier to use. If this happens, the token may not appear in your main list—but you can often turn it back on.
Browser extension
- On the Home tab, click Tokens.
- Click the three-dot menu in the upper right.
- Choose Manage Tokens.
- Turn on the token you want to show.
Mobile app
- On the Home tab, tap Tokens.
- Tap the Manage icon in the upper right.
- Turn on the token you want to show.
Step 3: Check whether Phantom is filtering it (you can’t unhide this yourself)
In some cases, Phantom applies a stronger safety filter. When that happens, the token won’t appear in the hidden list, and you won’t be able to make it visible yourself.
To confirm whether the token exists at your address, check it outside Phantom:
- Block explorers: Solscan, Etherscan, and others. See Blockchain explorers by network for a full list.
- Solana DEX aggregator: Jupiter (Solana tokens only).
