You may see "Verification Required" next to offchain funding options (Bank, Card, or Apple Pay and Direct Deposit). These options, as well as the Phantom Cash debit card, are available only to users in the US (except NY and AK) and require identity verification (KYC) to use.
"Verification Required" means one of the two things:
- You're in the US and haven't completed identity verification yet.
- You're outside the US and these options aren't available in your region yet. We don't have a timeline to share for when offchain funding and the Phantom Cash debit card will be available in other regions.
