If your deposit was submitted recently, it may still be within the normal processing window.
Deposits made from a bank account
Deposits made from a linked bank account (via Stripe) or sent using the account and routing numbers shown in Cash can take several business days to arrive.
These deposits typically arrive within 3 business days, but they can take up to 5 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays can delay processing.
Deposits handled by a third-party provider
If your deposit was handled by a third-party provider such as MoonPay or Topper, the provider controls the transaction timeline.
Processing time depends on the provider, payment method, and your bank.
