Burn unwanted collectibles on Solana in Phantom

You can burn a collectible (NFT) on Solana directly in the Phantom app. Burning a collectible removes it from your wallet and returns a small SOL rebate from the token account. This action cannot be undone, so only burn collectibles you no longer want.

Note: You can't burn Magic Eden's verified collectibles and collectibles on Ethereum and Polygon.

Browser extension

To burn a collectible in the browser extension, follow these steps:

1. On the Home tab, click Collectibles.
2. Click the collectible you want to burn.
3. Click More → Burn Token and confirm.
4. Click Burn to complete the process.

Mobile app

To burn a collectible in the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. On the Home tab, tap Collectibles.
2. Tap the collectible you want to burn.
3. Tap More → Burn Token and confirm.
4. Tap Burn to complete the process.
