What if I lost access to my Apple or Google account?
If you lose access to the Google or Apple account you used to create your Phantom wallet, you can still restore your wallet with a previously exported recovery phrase. If you don’t have that backup, check whether you can still open Phantom on another device.
If you can still open your wallet #
Export your Secret Recovery Phrase and store it securely offline. Follow View your recovery phrase or private keys in Phantom.
You can then import your recovery phrase to restore your wallet without signing in with Google or Apple.
If you cannot open your wallet on any device #
If you previously exported your recovery phrase, import it into Phantom to restore your wallet.
If you don’t have a recovery phrase backup, you need to regain access to your Google or Apple account through that provider’s account recovery process.
If you cannot regain access to your Google or Apple account and have no recovery phrase backup or access on another device, you cannot restore your wallet. Phantom Support cannot recover it for you.
