CASH on exchanges and brokerages

Only some exchanges and brokerages support the CASH stablecoin. Before sending CASH, check the supported and unsupported platforms listed in this article.

If your platform is not listed, treat it as unsupported. Swap CASH for a token the platform supports, such as USDC or SOL, before sending. Make sure the platform also supports deposits on the network you use.

Supported exchange #

Kraken is currently the only exchange that supports sending and receiving CASH on Solana.

Unsupported exchanges #

The following exchanges do not support CASH:

  • Coinbase
  • Binance
  • Binance.us
  • OKX
  • Bybit
  • Bitvavo
  • Crypto.com

Unsupported brokerages #

The following brokerages do not support CASH:

  • Robinhood
  • Fidelity
  • Schwab
  • Webull
  • eToro

Send CASH to a supported exchange #

  1. On the exchange, select CASH and the Solana network, then copy the deposit address.
  2. In Phantom, on the Home tab, tap Cash.
  3. Tap Withdraw > Wallet.
  4. Paste the exchange’s deposit address.
  5. Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.

Receive CASH from a supported exchange #

  1. In Phantom, tap the + button in the lower right, then tap Receive and copy your Solana address.
  2. On the exchange, start a withdrawal of CASH on the Solana network.
  3. Paste your Solana address, enter the amount, and confirm the transfer.
  4. Once the transfer is complete, open the Cash tab in Phantom.
  5. Use the slider to transfer your CASH from your main wallet balance to your Cash balance.

Recover CASH sent to Coinbase #

Coinbase does not support CASH for trading or deposits, but it offers asset recovery for CASH on Solana. If you accidentally sent CASH to Coinbase, you may be able to recover it through this process. Use a web browser to access asset recovery. A network fee may apply.

Troubleshooting #

I sent CASH to an unsupported exchange or brokerage #

If you accidentally sent CASH to a platform that does not support it, contact the exchange or brokerage to ask whether it can recover your tokens. Phantom cannot recover funds sent to an external platform.
