Buy Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other tokens in Phantom on mobile

You can use your Cash balance to buy Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported tokens in the Phantom mobile app.

To buy tokens with money from a card or bank account, fund your Cash account first. Then exchange your Cash balance for the token you want.

Native tokens by network #

A native token is used to pay network fees. Choose the token on the network where you need it.

NetworkNative token
SolanaSOL
EthereumETH
Robinhood ChainETH on Robinhood Chain
BaseETH on Base
PolygonPOL
HyperEVMHYPE
BitcoinBTC
ArcUSDC on Arc
BNB ChainBNB

Balances are separate on each network. For example, ETH on Base cannot pay fees on Ethereum, and USDC on Solana cannot pay fees on Arc.

Fund your Cash account #

You can fund Cash using Apple Pay, Google Pay, a debit card, or a bank account. See Add Cash with debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.

You can also send USDC, USDT, or PYUSD on Solana from another wallet or exchange to your Cash account. These stablecoins are converted into CASH. See Add Cash by swapping stablecoins.

Wait until your Cash balance is available before buying tokens.

Buy a native token with Cash #

These steps apply to the native tokens listed above.

  1. In the Phantom mobile app, open the token you want to buy.
  2. Tap the chevron next to the ticker and select the network where you want to receive it. For Bitcoin, select BTC on Bitcoin.
  3. Tap Buy, Buy More, or Trade > Buy, depending on the options shown.
  4. Choose Cash as the payment source. It’s usually the default option.
  5. Enter the amount, then tap Review.
  6. Review the quote and fees, then tap Confirm.

Once the swap completes, you’ll hold the token on the selected network.
