ACH deposits to your Cash account do not arrive instantly. In most cases, they arrive within 3 business days, but they can take up to 5 business days. ACH transfers do not process on weekends or US federal holidays.

What counts as an ACH deposit? #

ACH deposits include the following:

• Deposits made from a linked US bank account using the Card, Apple Pay, Bank or Card, Google Pay, Bank options on the Cash tab in Phantom.
• Bank transfers sent through the ACH network.

How ACH timing works #

ACH only processes on US business days. Weekends and US federal holidays do not count as processing days.

If you submit a deposit before the daily cut-off on a business day, the processing window typically starts that day. If you submit it after the cut-off, or on a weekend or holiday, the processing window typically starts on the next business day.

Expected timeline #

The expected timeline is the following:

• Most ACH deposits arrive within 3 business days.
• Some ACH deposits can take up to 5 business days.

Examples include the following:

• Monday morning: If you submit an ACH deposit before the daily cut-off on Monday, it may arrive as early as Tuesday or within the next few business days.
• Friday evening: If you submit after the cut-off on Friday, processing usually does not begin until Monday, so the arrival window starts from the next business day.
• Weekend or holiday: If you submit on a Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holiday, processing usually begins on the next business day.
