Withdraw funds from your Cash account to your own US bank account or someone else’s.

Available in the United States, except New York. Requires identity verification with Link.

Withdraw Cash to a bank account #

1. On the Home tab, tap Cash.
2. Tap Withdraw > Bank.
3. Add a bank account using its routing and account numbers.
4. Enter the amount.
5. Choose an available withdrawal speed. Review the fee and expected arrival time.
6. Review the details and confirm.

Funds arrive as USD in the recipient’s bank account, converted at a 1:1 rate.

Expected timing #

You’ll see the expected arrival time before confirming your withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing has a 1 PM ET cutoff. Weekends, US federal holidays, and your bank’s processing time can also affect when funds arrive.

When a withdrawal shows as Completed in Cash > History, the transfer has been sent. Your bank may take another one to three business days to make the funds available.

If your funds haven’t arrived #

Check your bank app or online account for a pending or incoming ACH transfer. If you don’t see one, contact your bank.

If the funds still haven’t arrived, contact Phantom Support after the following time has passed since you submitted the withdrawal:

• Fast: Three full business days.
• Standard: Five full business days.

Include the withdrawal date and time, amount, and selected speed when contacting support.
