If your Ledger account in Phantom only shows a Solana address, the other networks probably aren’t connected yet.
Cause
Some older Ledger accounts were created when Phantom supported Solana only. In that case, Phantom won’t show addresses for other networks until you connect them.
This can apply to the following:
- Ledger accounts that were set up for Solana only.
- Imported accounts (private key) that were originally used on Solana only.
Connect more networks to your Ledger account
- Plug in and unlock your Ledger device.
- Select your account avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Select Add Account.
- Select Connect Hardware Wallet.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
- When prompted, select the networks you want to add, such as Ethereum, Polygon, Base, and Bitcoin.
You can repeat this process anytime to add networks you skipped earlier.
