Reporting trademark infringement
Phantom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Content that infringes on others’ legal rights violates Phantom’s Terms of Service and such content can be removed at Phantom’s sole discretion at any time and without notice.
If you believe any content on Phantom’s wallet application and/or browser extension infringes on your valid trademark, please contact legal@phantom.com with the following information for Phantom to take appropriate action:
- Your legal name and the contact information.
- Direct link to the specific content you believe infringes your trademark. Screenshots or a general link to the Phantom app will not be accepted.
- For each trademark at issue, (a) description of the trademark, (b) countries of registration, (c) trademark registration number, (d) category of products/services covered by the registration, and (e) description of why you believe the content infringes your trademark.
- Confirmation that (a) you have a good faith belief that the use of the content in the manner identified is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law and (b) all of the information in the notice is accurate.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the trademark owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner with your physical or electronic signature.
If Phantom receives what it reasonably believe to be a complete and valid notice of alleged trademark infringement regarding content on its wallet application and/or browser extension, then it will take appropriate action including removal of the content.
While Phantom respects legitimate intellectual property rights, the submission of false or bad faith notices of claimed intellectual property infringement is punishable by law and will not be tolerated by Phantom.

Phantom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Content that infringes on others’ legal rights violates Phantom’s Terms of Service and such content can be removed at Phantom’s sole discretion at any time and without notice.
Phantom complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”) and responds to claims of copyright infringement using DMCA procedures, including the law’s process of notice and counter notice for claimed copyright infringement.
If you believe any content on Phantom’s wallet application and/or browser extension infringes on your valid copyright, please contact legal@phantom.com with the following information for Phantom to take appropriate action:
- Your legal name and the contact information.
- Direct link, image or description of your original copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Description of the content that you believe infringes on your copyright and where it appears in the identified content with a direct link to the specific content you believe infringes your copyright. Screenshots or a general link to the Phantom app will not be accepted.
- Confirmation that (a) you have a good faith belief that the use of the content in the manner identified is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law and (b) all of the information in the notice is accurate.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner with your physical or electronic signature.
