If you’re experiencing an issue with Phantom, you may be asked to share app logs with Phantom Support. App logs contain technical information about the app’s activity that helps the team investigate bugs and troubleshoot issues. They don't include your recovery phrase or private keys.
If you still have access to Phantom
Browser extension
- Click your profile avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Click Settings (gear icon) in the lower-left corner.
- Go to Security & Privacy → Download App Logs.
- Click Download and choose where to save the file.
Mobile app
- Tap your profile avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Go to Security & Privacy → Download App Logs.
- Tap Download and choose where to save the file.
If you don't have access to Phantom
If you’re unable to log in, you can still download app logs from the welcome screen or locked screen.
Browser extension
- When the wallet is locked, click the question mark icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click Download app logs.
Mobile app
- On the welcome screen, tap the question mark icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Download App Logs.
