If Phantom Support asks you to share your app logs, follow these steps to download them.
App logs are text files generated by Phantom that contain local app data, crash reports, and public wallet addresses. They help our support team diagnose your issue faster.
If you use Phantom on multiple devices, such as the mobile app and browser extension, each device has its own log file.
App logs never include sensitive information such as your Secret Recovery Phrase, PIN, or private keys.
Only share app logs with Phantom Support through official support channels.
Browser extension
Use these steps if you're signed in to the browser extension. A log file will be saved to your device.
- Click your profile avatar in the upper left.
- Click Settings.
- Go to Security & Privacy → Download App Logs.
- Click Download and save the file.
Mobile app
Use these steps if you're signed in to the mobile app. A log file will be saved to your device.
- Tap your profile avatar in the upper left.
- Tap Settings.
- Go to Security & Privacy → Download App Logs.
- Tap Download and save the file.
If you're logged out of Phantom
You can still download app logs from the welcome screen if you're logged out.
Browser extension
- Click ? in the upper right.
- Click Download App Logs and save the file.
Mobile app
- On the welcome screen, tap ? in the upper right.
- Tap Download App Logs and save the file.
