My collectibles don't show in Phantom

  • Updated

Phantom may automatically hide some collectibles (NFTs) based on marketplace verification and other trust signals. Some NFTs you hold may not appear in your Collectibles if Phantom can't confirm the collection is verified through supported sources. If none of the collectibles you hold are verified, the Collectibles section may not appear at all on mobile. This doesn't always mean the NFT is unsafe or spam. In any case, your NFT is safe onchain.

Confirm the collectible is in your wallet

Blockchain explorers and collectible marketplaces show every asset at your address, including ones that haven't appeared in Phantom yet. Use them to confirm the NFT is actually at your address.

If collectibles doesn't appear on mobile

If an explorer, OpenSea, or Magic Eden confirms your NFT is at your address but the Collectibles section isn't showing on mobile, try surfacing your collectibles using the Phantom browser extension.

  1. Download the Phantom browser extension, then sign in or restore your wallet.
  2. Click the Collectibles tab. Your missing collectibles should appear there.
  3. Open a collectible and click Pin to pin it to the top.
  4. Force-quit and reopen your Phantom mobile app. The Collectibles section should now appear, showing the collectible you pinned.
  5. Open each of your other collectibles on mobile and pin them so they display on Home.
