If you’re expecting a token or NFT in Phantom but don’t see it, here are the most common reasons.
Phantom flagged the asset as spam
Phantom automatically flags assets that may be unsafe, misleading, or violate our Terms of Use. When this happens, the asset is hidden from your main view.
What this means for you
- If you own the asset, it’s still in your wallet—it just isn’t visible in Phantom.
- You can confirm it using a block explorer (such as Solscan or Etherscan).
- You may also be able to trade it using a third-party app that supports it, like Jupiter.
What this means for developers and creators
- Make sure your token or NFT metadata follows marketplace and platform standards. Clear, accurate metadata reduces the chance of being hidden.
- If your token was flagged, verify it through supported registries such as Jupiter (which may display a green check mark) before contacting Phantom Support.
- AI tools can help review and correct metadata issues.
The asset is hidden in your portfolio
Some assets are hidden automatically, but you can turn them back on at any time.
