All blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. No one, including the Phantom team, can undo a confirmed transaction.
- Sent to the wrong address? If you don't know the recipient, those tokens are most likely permanently lost.
- Sent on the wrong network or to a scammer? Recovery is not possible.
- Sent to an exchange or service? Contact their support team with your transaction ID (signature). They may be able to help.
- Bought a token that lost value or appears worthless? Token prices are determined by the market. Swaps cannot be reversed.
