I need help reversing a transaction

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Because of the decentralized nature of blockchains, no one, including the Phantom team, can reverse or recover a transaction once it’s been confirmed.

If you sent tokens to the wrong wallet address and don’t know the recipient, those tokens are most likely lost permanently.

If you sent tokens on the wrong network or to a scammer, those transactions can’t be reversed, and recovery is usually not possible.

If you sent tokens to an exchange or service, contact their support team and provide the transaction ID (signature).

Always double-check that you’re sending the correct token to the correct address before confirming a transaction.
