How to withdraw funds from your Cash account

You can withdraw your Cash account balance in two ways:

• To your Phantom wallet on Solana: Funds arrive as CASH (not SOL). You can then swap CASH to any token you want, such as SOL.
• To your US bank account: Funds arrive as USD. This option requires identity verification (KYC) and is available only in the US (except NY and AK).

Note: You can’t withdraw your Cash balance as SOL directly. Withdrawals to your Phantom wallet always arrive as CASH, which you can swap to SOL afterward.

Withdraw to your Phantom wallet on Solana

Withdraw funds from your Cash account to one of your Phantom wallet accounts. Your funds arrive as CASH.

1. Go to the Cash tab and tap Withdraw → To Account.
2. Choose the Phantom wallet account you want to withdraw to.
3. Enter an amount and tap Send.

Your funds appear in your wallet as CASH as soon as the transaction is confirmed. Want SOL instead? After the withdrawal, swap CASH to SOL using Phantom’s swapper.

Withdraw to your US bank account

Withdraw funds from your Cash account to a US bank account you own. Requires identity verification (KYC).

1. Go to the Cash tab and tap Withdraw → To Bank Account.
2. Select your saved bank account:
   • If you already added one, it’s selected automatically.
   • If this is your first time, tap Add a bank account, enter your routing and account numbers, then turn on This account is owned by me.
3. Enter the amount to withdraw.
4. Choose a transfer speed:
   • Standard: Free. Arrives the next business day. If you submit after the daily cutoff (1 pm ET), on a weekend, or US holiday, processing starts the next business day.
   • Fast: Free. Arrives the same business day if submitted before the daily cutoff (1 pm ET). If you submit after cutoff, on a weekend, or US holiday, processing starts the next business day.
5. Tap Next, review, then tap Confirm.

Withdraw to an exchange

You can’t withdraw from your Cash account to an exchange directly. If you want to use an exchange, withdraw to your Phantom wallet first, then swap CASH to a token the exchange supports.

1. Withdraw to your Phantom wallet: go to the Cash tab and tap Withdraw → To Account.
2. In your wallet, swap the received CASH balance to a token your exchange supports (for example, USDC or SOL).
3. Send that token to the exchange's deposit address.
4. On the exchange, sell for fiat and withdraw to your bank.
