If you see “This email doesn't have a wallet” when you sign in, Phantom could not find an email wallet linked to that Google or Apple account. This usually means you selected a different account than the one used to create your wallet, or no wallet was fully created with that account.
You signed in with the wrong account
Email wallets created with a Google or Apple account are tied to that specific account. If you have multiple Google or Apple accounts, you may have selected the wrong one.
Try signing in with each of your accounts. If you are not sure which one you used, search your inbox for the Phantom welcome email:
- Sender: marketing@phantom.com
- Subject: Welcome to Phantom
When you select the correct account, Phantom asks for your 4-digit PIN.
Your wallet setup may not have finished
If something interrupted setup, your account may exist but not yet have a wallet attached to it.
Try signing in again with the same Google or Apple account. If you never sent any funds to this wallet, signing in again may complete setup.
This email was used for something else
Not every Phantom-related email means an email wallet was created. For example, these do not create a wallet:
- Crypto purchase receipts from providers like MoonPay or Coinbase. These use your email for the transaction only.
- Newsletter signups from phantom.com. These only subscribe you to updates.
If your email was only used for one of these, there is no email wallet linked to it.
