This error means Phantom could not find a wallet linked to the account you signed in with. There are a few reasons this can happen.
You signed in with the wrong account
Phantom wallets created with Google or Apple are tied to a specific account. If you have multiple Google or Apple accounts, you may have selected the wrong one.
Try signing in with each of your accounts. If you are not sure which one you used, search your inbox for the welcome email from Phantom:
- Sender: marketing@phantom.com
- Subject: Welcome to Phantom
When you select the correct account, Phantom will ask for your four-digit PIN.
Your wallet was not created successfully
If something went wrong during setup, your account may exist but have no wallet attached to it yet.
Try signing in again with the same account. If you never sent any funds to this wallet, signing in again may complete the setup.
This email was used for something else
Not every Phantom-related email means a wallet was created. The following do not create a wallet:
- Crypto purchase receipts from providers like MoonPay or Coinbase. These use your email for the transaction only.
- Newsletter signups from phantom.com. These only subscribe you to updates.
If your email was used for one of these, there is no wallet linked to it.
