What if I forgot which email account I used to create my Phantom wallet?

  • Updated

If you created an email wallet with Google or Apple but forgot which email address you used, you can usually confirm it by checking your connected apps or searching for Phantom’s welcome email. Phantom does not show the linked email address directly in the app.

Check Sign in with Google

First, check whether Phantom is connected to one of your Google accounts.

  1. Sign in to your Google account.
  2. Go to AccountThird-party connections.
  3. Search for Phantom.

If Phantom appears in the list, that Google account is linked to your wallet. Try signing in to Phantom with that account and your 4-digit PIN.

For more details, see Manage connections between your Google Account and third parties.

Check your Gmail inbox

If you are not sure which Google account you used, search each Gmail inbox for Phantom’s welcome email:

If you find the email, that confirms which Google account is linked to your wallet.

Check Sign in with Apple

You can also check whether Phantom is connected to one of your Apple accounts.

  1. Open your Apple account settings.
  2. Go to Sign in with Apple.
  3. Search for Phantom.

If Phantom appears in the list, that Apple account is linked to your wallet. If you used Hide My Email, select Phantom to view the private relay email address Apple created for that login. Then try signing in to Phantom with that account and your 4-digit PIN.

For more details, see Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple.
