If you signed up with Google or Apple and don't remember which email you used, follow these steps to identify the correct one before logging in again
If you signed in with Google
Check Sign in with Google
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Go to Account → Third-party connections.
- Search for Phantom.
If Phantom appears in the list, that's the Google account linked to your wallet.

Check your Gmail inbox
Search your Gmail inbox for a welcome email from Phantom:
- Sender: marketing@phantom.com or phantom@updates.phantom.com
- Subject: Welcome to Phantom
If you find this email, it confirms the Google account you used.
If you signed in with Apple
Check Sign in with Apple
- Open your Apple account settings.
- Go to Sign in with Apple.
- Search for Phantom.
If Phantom appears, that's the Apple account linked to your wallet. If you used Hide My Email, select Phantom in the list to view the email Apple created for your sign-in.

Check your iCloud Mail inbox
Search your iCloud Mail inbox for a welcome email from Phantom:
- Sender: marketing@phantom.com or phantom@updates.phantom.com
- Subject: Welcome to Phantom
If you find this email, it confirms the Apple account you used.
