What if I forgot which email account I used to create my Phantom wallet?

  • Updated

If you created your wallet using a Google or Apple account but can't remember which one, follow these steps to find out. There's no way to view this information directly in Phantom.

Check Sign in with Google

  1. Sign in to your Google account.
  2. Go to AccountThird-party connections.
  3. Search for Phantom.

If Phantom appears in the list, this Google account is linked to your wallet. Try signing in to Phantom with this account and your four-digit PIN.

For more details, see Manage connections between your Google Account and third parties.

If you find it, this confirms the Google account linked to your wallet.

Check Sign in with Apple

  1. Open your Apple account settings.
  2. Go to Sign in with Apple.
  3. Search for Phantom.

If Phantom appears in the list, this Apple account is linked to your wallet. If you used Hide My Email, select Phantom in the list to view the email address Apple created for your login. Try signing in to Phantom with this account and your four-digit PIN.

For more details, see Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple.
