There are two instances where you might want to change your email:
Email used for Cash identity verification
The email address you used for identity verification (KYC) in the Cash account. To update this, contact Phantom Support.
Email in your Google or Apple account
You cannot change the Google or Apple account email linked to your Phantom wallet.
If you want to switch to a different Google or Apple account, you will need to create a new wallet and move your assets over. Follow these steps:
- Create a new wallet using a different Google or Apple account.
- Transfer your assets, including tokens, collectibles, and any other holdings, from the old wallet to the new one. See Move assets when you need to start over with a new wallet.
- Once you've confirmed everything has arrived safely, sign back in to the old wallet and delete it: Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete Wallet.
Email used for crypto purchases
If you used an email during a crypto purchase through MoonPay, Coinbase, Stripe, or another provider, then to update it, contact the provider directly. For contact details, see Onramp providers in Phantom.
