I lost access to my Apple or Google account

  • Updated

Your Apple or Google account and your four-digit PIN are used to restore access to your Phantom wallet.

If you're logged out of Phantom

If you're logged out of Phantom on all devices and can't access your Apple or Google account, your wallet can't be recovered.

Both your Apple or Google account and your four-digit PIN are required to restore a wallet.

If you're still logged in to Phantom

Export your recovery phrase while you still have access:

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity & PrivacyShow Recovery Phrase.
  2. Follow the prompts and copy your recovery phrase.
  3. Store it somewhere safe.

Once exported, you can restore your wallet using the recovery phrase instead of Apple or Google login:

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity & PrivacyReset App.
  2. Select I already have a wallet.
  3. Select Other import options.
  4. Select Import Recovery Phrase.
  5. Enter your recovery phrase.

After this, your recovery phrase becomes the only way to restore your wallet.

Warning: Never share your recovery phrase, private keys, or PIN with anyone, including Phantom Support.
