What if I lost access to my Apple or Google account?

If you lose access to the Google or Apple account you used to create your Phantom wallet, your options depend on whether you are still logged in to Phantom.

If you are still logged in to Phantom

Export your Secret Recovery Phrase while you have access, then store it in a secure, offline location. Follow the steps in View your recovery phrase or private keys in Phantom.

Once exported, you can restore your wallet by importing the recovery phrase. Follow the steps in Import an existing wallet into Phantom.

If you are logged out of Phantom

If you are logged out of Phantom on all devices and can't access your Google or Apple account, your wallet cannot be recovered. Both your Google or Apple account and your four-digit PIN are required to restore access.
