Delete a wallet with an active Cash account

If you're trying to delete your Phantom wallet but the Delete Wallet option in Settings is grayed out due to an active Phantom Cash account, follow these steps:

  1. If your Cash account has a balance, send it to a Solana address or swap out of Cash into a Solana token.
  2. Go to SettingsSecurity & PrivacyDownload App Logs and save the file.
  3. Select Chat on this page to submit a ticket, and attach the log file when prompted.
  4. Our support team will close your Cash account and let you know when you can try again.
