You can't close a Cash account yourself. Contact Phantom Support to close it for you.
If you're closing your Cash account to delete your wallet, you must complete this process before the Delete Wallet option becomes available.
What to know before closing
- Closing your Cash account is permanent. Once closed, you can't reopen it or recover any remaining balance.
- Phantom Support can't close a Cash account with a balance over $1. Move your funds first.
To move your funds, use one of the following options:
- Send to a Phantom username or Solana wallet. See Send money using Phantom Cash.
- Withdraw to a US bank account (US only). See Withdraw money from your Cash account.
How to request closure
- Transfer your Cash balance if it's over $1.
- Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Download App Logs and save the file.
- Select the Chat button on this page to submit a ticket. Attach the log file when prompted.
Phantom Support will close your Cash account and notify you when Delete Wallet is available.
After your Cash account is closed
