Phantom doesn’t support restoring a wallet from an iCloud or Google Drive backup. Those backups can restore the Phantom app, but they don’t restore wallet access.
To restore access, you’ll need the credentials used to create the wallet.
If you created your wallet with an Apple or Google account
Restore access by signing in again with the same Google or Apple account and your four-digit PIN. If you previously exported the recovery phrase for this wallet, you can also import it instead.
If you created your wallet with a recovery phrase
Restore access by importing the same 12-word recovery phrase.
